This episode we discuss our complicated relationship with social media and technology. We talk about monitoring phone screen time, disconnecting from work and our partner’s problematic technology habits. We chat about the pros and cons of facebook; the platform is great for connecting with loved ones not in your immediate area but also it is great for spreading misinformation. We discuss Instragram’s new harassment filter function, free educational resources and other great tech advances. For next month’s minisode we are asking you to do the same!
